History of BMW



BMW to better understand today, you have to know and understand the history of BMW. The past century provides the "flavor" of BMW cars today, the ingredient that makes it so special. 1913

Not everybody knows that BMW began as a manufacturer of aircraft engines. In 1913, Karl Friedrich Rapp Ocotber establishes "Rapp-Motorenwerke" in a former bicycle factory near Munich. 1917
