Founded in 1979, a management company of houses Mercedes has developed expertise and history to restore and renovate many of the buildings in downtown Toronto, an elegant and relaxing.
Roots of the company began in Montreal at the end of 1970 with the purchase of several apartment buildings, after the successful conclusion of the 1976 Olympics in Montreal. In 1980, Mercedes Homes changed long-term strategy of investment and moved from Montreal to Toronto, where the rapid growth of the real estate market is vibrant. All 1990, Mercedes Homes continues to buy properties throughout the downtown area, which must remain in the portfolio to date.
In 2001, the company began an extensive renovation of the facades of their buildings. The balconies have been rebuilt and the plaster was placed on the exterior walls of most properties. This work was completed for continuous improvement within the units, installation of new kitchens, appliances and flooring.
Located in one of the most beautiful areas of Toronto, all in key positions in the houses owned Mercedes is at the heart of its corporate philosophy.
