A 6-speed transmission with overdrive is standard. Hybrid is equipped with a standard 2.4-liter, I4, 166-horsepower, hybrid engine that achieves 35 mpg city and 40 mpg highway. 6-speed automatic overdrive is standard.
In 2011 the Sonata was redesigned for 2011.
